Every year, the United Nations’ Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) brings together humanitarians from across the globe to increase understanding and assistance for individuals impacted by crises and to ensure the well-being of those courageous individuals who dedicate themselves to offering aid. On this World Humanitarian Day, unite with HHRD in response to the worldwide appeal for bringing about a positive change!
After the success of HHRD’s inaugural Day of Service in solidarity with World Humanitarian Day, we are thrilled to gather once again on August 19 alongside our dedicated volunteers. Together, we will organize and pack essential items for populations in dire need across the globe. From clothing, shoes, and blankets, to toys and more, a wide array of items will be prepared for shipment. Our volunteers will also have the opportunity to socialize, participate in friendly competitions, and enjoy refreshments and entertainment. This is a wonderful opportunity to create an impact.
